Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to WeXun 华人微讯 (com.wexun.app), operated by NOKU LLC. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

WeXun 华人微讯 strictly prohibits any content, conduct, message, listing, profile, image, video, solicitation, grooming behavior, sextortion, trafficking, or other activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or targets children.

Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, store, distribute, or otherwise engage with CSAM or any CSAE-related content or behavior on WeXun 华人微讯.

Reports and In-App Feedback

Users can report unsafe, illegal, abusive, or suspicious content through the in-app report and feedback functions, including the report entry on listings, profiles, messages, and customer support/feedback pages where available.

Review, Removal, and Enforcement

When WeXun 华人微讯 obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or CSAE activity, we review the report, remove or restrict the content where appropriate, preserve relevant information when legally required, and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in the violation.

Confirmed CSAM or CSAE matters may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law.

Compliance With Child Safety Laws

NOKU LLC and WeXun 华人微讯 are committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and maintain internal procedures for receiving, reviewing, escalating, and acting on child safety reports.
